Alice R. Resnick
Vice President, Corporate and Marketing Communications
Alice Resnick has led the development and implementation of strategic communication programs at SRI since 1996. Areas of responsibility include branding, public relations, marketing communications, community relations, and staff communications. She became Vice President of Corporate and Marketing Communications in 2004.
Resnick has 30 years of experience in communications and publishing. Before joining SRI, she was corporate communications and investor relations manager for Catalytica, a technology company serving the chemical, energy, and pharmaceutical industries. She was also manager of the firm's publications team, which produced multiclient studies for the chemical industry. Prior to Catalytica, she was an editor at Acurex Corporation, where she produced reports and proposals for energy, environmental science, and aerospace government and business clients. She has also worked in the editorial department of R. R. Bowker Publishing Co. and in the advertising department of The New Yorker magazine.
Resnick was Vice President of Programs for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute from 1994-1995. Her work has been recognized with an award from PR News and from Financial World, and five awards from the Society for Technical Communication. Resnick attended Hunter College of the City University of New York and has a certificate in marketing communications from San Jose State University.
