Directed Library Synthesis

SRI has expertise in the design and synthesis of small molecule, peptide and peptidomimetic libraries using both solution and solid-phase synthesis approaches. We concentrate our efforts on working with clients to generate moderate-sized focused libraries.

The extent to which a library is analyzed is dependent on the individual client's specifications. Reactions are routinely monitored using LC/MS or LC/MS/MS. Product purifications are performed using semi-preparative HPLC. Full characterization, including optical rotation, melting point, UV-VIS, IR, and NMR (300 and 400 MHz), are also available.
